Duties

• Engage in environmental litigation and regulatory matters.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in environmental litigation and regulatory law.
• Knowledge of federal environmental programs.
• Experience with chemicals, pesticides, consumer products, and emerging contaminants.
• Strong academic background and superior drafting skills.
• Proactive, diligent, and team-oriented approach.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Washington, D.C.
