Duties

• Conduct title and survey reviews.
• Negotiate and close transactions involving purchases, sales, borrowing, and leasing.
• Collaborate with team members on complex deals.
• Manage transactions with increasing responsibility.

Requirements

• Minimum of two to three years of experience in transactional commercial real estate.
• Proven ability to work as part of a team.
• Demonstrated self-starter with a desire to grow in responsibility.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant state.
