Transactional Lawyer - Investment Team

Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Transactional Lawyer for its Investment Team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves representing capital providers in debt and equity investment activities, including lending transactions and private equity investments. This position offers the opportunity to work across the capital structure and engage with both equity and debt investors.

Duties

• Represent lenders in lending transactions.
• Advise on debt and equity investments for alternative investment vehicles.
• Assist private equity fund investors with control and growth equity investments.
• Support portfolio companies in acquisition, sell-side, and financing activities.

Requirements

• Two to six years of transactional experience preferred.
• Experience in finance or corporate transactions is ideal.
• Excellent academic performance required.
• Strong interpersonal skills necessary.

• Law Degree

Certifications

• Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission is preferred.

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
