Duties

• Handle venture capital and early-stage financings.
• Manage mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Participate in joint ventures and other commercial transactions.
• Provide general corporate counseling.

Requirements

• Experience with capital markets transactions preferred.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Business development aptitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

• Active member in good standing of the California Bar.
