Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate to join the Capital Markets practice group in San Francisco, CA. The successful candidate will work with issuers, investment banks, and other market participants in various transactions and regulatory compliance matters.

Duties

  • Advise on securities law and capital markets transactions.
  • Draft registration statements and offering documents.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
