Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Employment Litigation and OSHA Associate for its New Orleans, LA office. The firm specializes in employment and labor law, providing strategic solutions to employers nationwide. Duties

  • Defend and litigate a variety of employment-related claims and agency charges.
  • Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, and in arbitration.
  • Provide advice on labor and employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the OSHA practice group on related matters.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
  • 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law.
  • OSHA experience or willingness to practice in OSHA preferred.
  • Current Louisiana Bar admission.
  • Some experience in Federal litigation required.

Education

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the Louisiana Bar.
