Duties:

• Conduct legal research, analyze case facts, and provide sound legal advice.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents for litigation cases.
• Participate in all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, hearings, and trials.

Requirements:

• Admission to the bar in the state of Pennsylvania.
