Duties

  • Support clients in merger and acquisition transactions.

Requirements

  • Three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Two years of experience with Italian financial systems and corporate law.
  • Experience with European and Italian corporate finance and commercial law.

Education

  • J.D. degree or equivalent bachelor's in law plus LLM.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of New York.

  • Expertise in U.S. and Italian corporate law.
