Duties:

  • Lead the legal process for personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial

  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, discovery, and motions

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions

  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to provide case updates and legal guidance

  • Collaborate with internal staff including paralegals and case managers to ensure thorough case preparation

  • Analyze case value and assist in negotiating favorable settlements

  • Appear in court and advocate on behalf of clients when necessary

Requirements:

  • Active law license in GA required; additional licensure in SC, TN, NC, AL, or FL is a plus

  • Demonstrated interest in plaintiff-side litigation

  • Comfortable managing multiple files in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture

  • Willingness to handle a full caseload with minimal supervision

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Must be in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar

  • Admission to Georgia Bar preferred

Skills:

  • Proficient in case management software and remote work tools
