Location:

Duties:

  • Handle labor and employment litigation matters including defense of claims involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage/hour disputes

  • Provide legal counsel to clients on workplace policies, procedures, and compliance with federal and state employment laws

  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery

  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda

  • Assist in case strategy, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation

  • Support senior attorneys with complex litigation and advisory matters

  • Maintain case files and meet all applicable deadlines

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and employment litigation or completion of a federal law clerkship

  • Demonstrated interest in employment law and litigation

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

  • Academic ranking in the top 25% of graduating class preferred

Certifications:
