Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Transactional Real Estate Attorney for its office in Mount Laurel, NJ. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience handling diverse real estate transactions for both private and public sector clients, including public agencies, private developers, and commercial property owners.

Duties

  • Represent clients in real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing.

  • Conduct due diligence, including title, survey, and environmental reviews.
  • Handle landlord-tenant matters.

Requirements

  • NJ license required; PA and/or NY preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
