Job Overview

A law firm seeks an attorney to join its Energy and Infrastructure practice in Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in energy projects related to renewables and energy storage, with a focus on energy offtake work, including renewable energy power purchase agreements and energy storage offtake agreements.

Duties

  • Draft and negotiate renewable energy power purchase agreements.

  • Excellent academic credentials and superior communication skills.

Salaries are in line with other top Bay Area firms, and the firm provides a $10,000 bonus for all lawyers who bill at least 1,950 hours, with additional money based on three separate billable hour levels above 1,950.
