Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Global Finance Associate specializing in securitization for its Chicago, IL office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset-backed securitizations and structured finance transactions.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate offering and transaction documents for various stakeholders.
• Manage public and private offerings of asset-backed securities.
• Collaborate with underwriters, sponsors, issuers, investors, and lenders.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in asset-backed securitizations and structured finance.
• Admitted or eligible for admission to the New York bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York bar preferred.

Skills

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in managing complex transactions.
