Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Asset Finance & Securitization Associate to join their team in Chicago, IL. The successful candidate will work with a dynamic group representing various market participants in structuring complex finance and sale transactions.

Duties

• Collaborate with issuers, borrowers, and underwriters on structured finance transactions.
• Assist in creating complex products involving diverse asset classes and derivatives.
• Develop and maintain client relationships within a collegial team environment.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in asset finance and securitization.
• Experience with structured finance transactions preferred.
• Large law firm experience strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
