Finance Associate

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Finance Associate in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of substantive experience in fund finance and structured finance, working with banks, private funds, and asset managers. They should have led significant portions of transactions and be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.

Duties

• Collaborate with banks, private funds, and asset managers on finance transactions.
• Lead significant portions of fund finance and structured finance transactions.
• Manage subscription facilities, NAV lines, leverage facilities, and CLOs.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in fund finance and structured finance.
• Experience with subscription facilities, NAV lines, leverage facilities, and CLOs preferred.
• Admission to the state bar of the preferred office location.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• State bar admission required.

Skills

• Strong leadership and transaction management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
