Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Land Use Associate (Junior to Mid-Level) for its Denver, Colorado office. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with clients from diverse industries, including energy, aerospace, mining, hospitality, and outdoor recreation.

Duties

  • Assist with land use, zoning, and real estate development matters.
  • Engage in entitlement and permitting processes with municipal and governmental authorities.
  • Draft land use applications, development agreements, and zoning analyses.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in land use, zoning, real estate development, or related regulatory matters.
  • Familiarity with Colorado land use laws and local regulatory frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage a diverse workload.
  • Admission to the Colorado Bar or eligibility for prompt admission.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to the Colorado Bar or eligible for prompt admission.
