A law firm in Denver is seeking a highly experienced Senior Real Estate Attorney to serve as a business advisor to clients, providing guidance across a broad spectrum of legal matters. The successful candidate will handle complex real estate transactions, gain direct client interaction, and contribute to business development efforts. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage sophisticated legal matters are essential for this role.

 

Duties:

  • Serve as a business advisor to clients, providing legal guidance throughout their life cycle
  • Manage all aspects of complex real estate transactions for clients of varying sizes and industries
  • Gain direct client interaction, business development experience, and significant responsibility for complex legal matters
  • Preferably bring a minimal portable book of business
  • Handle complex real estate developments, financing transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, commercial lease transactions, zoning, land use, and condominium matters
  • Effectively collaborate with internal and external clients, attorneys, and staff
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills

 

Requirements:

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • 7+ years of real estate or related transactional law experience
  • Experience in the Following Areas: Complex real estate developments, Real estate financing transactions, Real estate acquisitions and dispositions, Commercial lease transactions, Zoning, land use, and condominiums.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of internal and external clients, attorneys, and staff
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
