Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced lateral attorney to join its Tax Credit Finance practice in Little Rock, AR. This position offers the opportunity to engage in diverse transactional matters, including tax, energy, debt, and equity financing, as well as real estate. The successful candidate will collaborate with seasoned partners in a growing practice that spans nationwide deals involving partnerships, corporations, tax credits, real estate, and secured lending.

Duties

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

  • Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
