Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Corporate Restructuring Mid-Level Associate for its Chicago, IL office. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in handling complex restructuring matters, both in-court and out-of-court, for a diverse clientele.

Duties

• Negotiate and draft loan documents and restructuring agreements.
• Represent lenders and debtors in Chapter 11 reorganizations.
• Draft core restructuring documents and pleadings.
• Exercise remedies in restructuring scenarios.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience in restructuring matters.
• Admitted to the Illinois Bar.
• Strong organizational, analytical, writing, and verbal skills.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Illinois Bar admission.

Skills

• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating legal documents.
• Ability to manage complex legal matters.
