Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Corporate Transactional Attorney for its Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. The role involves handling banking and commercial transactions, including large contracts, regulatory matters, loan workouts, and general corporate issues for financial institutions and other clients. A portable book of business is preferred but not required.

Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents and corporate agreements.
• Manage and coordinate complex transactions involving multiple parties.
• Provide general business representation, including advice on corporate governance.
• Maintain and manage assignments efficiently while meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in banking and commercial transactions.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania bar.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Education

• JD from an ABA accredited law school.
