Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a law firm setting.
• Experience in corporate, M&A, and international tax preferred.
• Superior academic credentials and intellectual rigor.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Barred in the state of Washington or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Washington State Bar or eligibility to obtain.
