A law firm seeks a Mid-Level to Senior Associate to join the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital team in Denver, CO. Duties

Requirements

  • Experience in mergers & acquisitions and technology sectors.
  • Active member of the bar in the state of practice.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in the state of practice.
