Duties

  • Independently manage a caseload of personal injury plaintiff cases from inception through resolution.
  • Investigate claims, gather evidence, and develop strong legal strategies.
  • Draft and file legal documents.

Requirements

  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine ability to connect with and advocate for clients from diverse backgrounds.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
