Job Overview

Duties

  • Support transactional matters and regulatory compliance work.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with CFIUS, export controls, and sanctions.
  • Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence and work.
  • Government experience is beneficial but not required.
