Duties

• Advise on federal and state healthcare regulatory matters.
• Handle Change of Ownership (CHOW) transactions and related filings.
• Conduct corporate and regulatory due diligence.
• Structure transactions to comply with healthcare regulations.
• Draft and review transactional documents.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare regulatory and transactional matters.
• Substantive knowledge of the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Experience with OIG and CMS voluntary self-disclosure protocols preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Georgia.
