Duties

• Draft primary deal documents for project finance transactions.

• Collaborate with team members to support client success.

Requirements

• 3rd to 7th year associate with relevant experience.
• Strong background in project finance transactions preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Colorado or eligibility to waive in.

• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
