Duties

  • Analyze community association issues and draft legal opinions.
  • Maintain client relations.

  • Prepare for and attend board and membership meetings.
  • Conduct case law research.
  • Review and modify service contracts.
  • Enforce governing documents.

Requirements

  • Membership in the Florida Bar.
  • At least 1 year of legal experience; 1-3 years preferred.
  • Experience in community association/HOA is not required.
  • Excellent client relations skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

  • Florida Bar membership.
