Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level attorney to join its Emerging Company & Venture Capital and Mergers & Acquisitions practices in New York, New York. Duties

• Represent public and private company buyers and sellers in strategic business transactions.
• Engage in emerging company and venture capital transactions.
• Conduct legal work primarily in English, with some Korean correspondence.

Requirements

• Experience in ECVC and M&A transactions.
• Ability to read and respond to correspondence in Korean.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.

Skills

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Korean preferred.
