Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced attorney to join its commercial aviation and aviation finance practice in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have 4-6+ years of experience representing lenders and/or lessors of commercial aircraft in leasing, purchase and sale, and financing transactions.

Duties

• Represent lenders and lessors in commercial aircraft transactions.
• Lead domestic and cross-border transactions.
• Collaborate with clients to achieve strategic goals.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent academic performance.

Education

• Law degree.

Certifications

• Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission preferred.

Skills

• Experience in leasing, purchase, and sale transactions.
• Ability to manage complex legal matters.
