Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Trust & Estate Planning Associate in Blue Bell, PA. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of relevant experience in trusts and estate planning, administration, and taxation. Duties

• Conduct research and analysis related to estate planning and taxation.
• Draft documents for the implementation of estate plans.
• Prepare and review tax returns, including Federal estate tax returns.
• Plan for family-owned businesses and life insurance structures.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
• Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Experience with high net-worth individuals and sophisticated estates.
