Requirements

  • Experience in antitrust and competition law.

  • Proficiency in civil antitrust litigation.
  • Admitted or eligible for Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Prior federal clerkship experience preferred.
  • Background in economics or related subjects preferred.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
