Duties:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of divorce and family law matters from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and agreements.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions.
  • Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the state of Colorado.
  • 1-5 years of experience in divorce and family law.

Education:
