Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Trusts and Estates Attorney in New York City, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting trusts and be licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Florida, or at least Florida and one of the other two states.

Duties

  • Draft and review trust documents.
  • Advise clients on estate planning strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive estate plans.
  • Conduct legal research related to trusts and estates.

Requirements

  • 1-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Florida, or at least Florida and one of the other two states.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in required states.

  • Strong drafting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in legal research.
