This full-time position requires in-office work for 37 hours per week, managing a caseload effectively.

Duties

• Handle land use and land use litigation cases.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to maximize resources.
• Manage caseload with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in land use and litigation.
• Admission to the NJ Bar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop business opportunities.
• Working knowledge of NJ 40:55D et seq.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
