Asset Management Associate (Regulatory & Enforcement)

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Asset Management Associate to join the Regulatory & Enforcement practice in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience advising investment advisers, including private fund advisers, on regulatory and compliance matters under federal securities laws.

Duties

• Advise investment advisers on regulatory and compliance matters.
• Provide guidance on federal securities laws.
• Assist with compliance for private fund advisers.
• Support broker-dealer regulatory matters as needed.

Requirements

• Three to six years of relevant experience.
• Experience with federal securities laws.
• Familiarity with investment adviser regulations.
• Experience with broker-dealer compliance is beneficial.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New York.
