Duties

  • Develop docket management strategies as the mix of matters evolves.
  • Innovate workflows and coordination among teams, leveraging AI tools.
  • Supervise and enhance operations management, including docketing and staffing.
  • Manage data collection and deliver insights to client and firm teams.
  • Communicate directly with clients and relationship partners.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in litigating complex civil cases.
  • Proficiency in litigation management platforms, Excel, and AI tools.
  • Strong leadership skills and a client-service mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required.

Certifications

  • Member of the State Bar of California, admitted in good standing.
