Job Overview

A law firm seeks a full-time corporate attorney in Seattle, WA, to join a dynamic and diverse practice. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in corporate legal work and a strong commitment to client service.

Duties

  • Support entity formation, including private companies, LLCs, and joint ventures.
  • Manage mergers and acquisitions, securities, and financing transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence and draft commercial contracts and credit agreements.
  • Handle large and small M&A transactions effectively.
  • Manage complex transactions and prepare client-ready documents.
  • Interact across offices and practice groups.

Requirements

  • Minimum of seven years of corporate legal experience.
  • Experience in at least one key industry sector preferred.
  • Washington State Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity required.
  • Some portable book of business and success in client portfolio development.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the Washington State Bar.
