Compensation and benefits were great.My marketing budget was very, very generous and was never questioned as the partners trusted my judgment. I had full support to grow my own practice.The firm also has values, supports charities, and really has a family first atmosphere.ConsNone - seriously, great people and great pay. If you're a hardworker, and good attorney the sky is the limit here.Advice to ManagementMaybe more "State of the Company" meetings or messages. I think many people felt the firm takes care of them, and in return those employees care about the firm and want to hear how the firm is doing from those leading the firm.
