What was the single best thing about working with them-and what's one area they could improve?:
Believing there was a free consultation was nice, although he ended up billing us after 30 minutes without notice. Counts missed deadlines and somehow billed us for the communications resulting from his own delay. Counts could improve on doing what they say they'll do, and when they says they will do it. Also billing for each and every small task, even when they are adjacent task is also something they can improve on.
