We provide each client - whether an individual, a family or a small business - with laser-focused attention, transparency, and creative solutions. Emahn Counts is recognized for his practical approach to problem solving, counseling, and improving the quality of life for his clients.

Mr. Counts is a Los Angeles native, a distinguished graduate of Loyola Marymount University, and obtained a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School. While in law school, he was selected to the prestigious Law Review for outstanding legal writing and analysis. Mr. Counts has been practicing law in California for over 15 years.

His clients' cases typically involve business, consumer, family, or real estate contractual disputes. He has personally handled over 1000 litigation matters throughout every major courthouse in Southern California. As the managing attorney of Counts Law Firm, PC, he personally directs all aspects of each case including: client consultations, discovery, negotiations, and trials.

Prior to opening Counts Law Firm, he was the managing attorney of the Pasadena office of a nationwide consumer litigation firm where he represented blue-chip clients including: American Express, Porsche Cars North America, Honda Finance, and Sallie Mae. Mr. Counts continues to counsel individual, family, and corporate clients throughout Southern California.
