Stange Law Firm, PC has received numerous positive reviews from those who have worked for the firm. Many of these reviews mention the friendly work environment, the flexible scheduling options, and the great benefits that the firm offers. Employees have also noted the great area in which the firm is located, and the fact that employees work together well. The firm also offers good medical benefits, a business casual dress code, and free-time to study CLE on the clock. In addition, employees have noted the high salaries and responsibility and growth opportunities the firm provides.

On the other hand, the firm has also received some negative reviews. A few of these reviews mentioned the parking down the street, the low pay, billable hour quota, and the constant zoom calls about AR and billables. Others have noted the poor compensation, lack of delegated tasks, and the billable hour requirement that cannot be reached because they do not delegate enough work. Additionally, some have mentioned the endless meetings and the four hour work day.

Overall, Stange Law Firm, PC appears to be a well-respected firm with many positive attributes. Employees have noted the friendly work environment, flexible scheduling options, great benefits, and high salaries that the firm offers. However, the firm also has some drawbacks, such as the parking down the street, the low pay, and the billable hour requirement that cannot be reached. Despite these drawbacks, many people seem to enjoy working for the firm and have had positive experiences.

Pros: Professional is the operative word here. The staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The supervisors are instructive and also patient when explaining ideas and practical matters.

Cons: Some of the cases we are presented with are difficult from a number of different perspectives.

Pros: Working hard leads to recognition as well as bonuses and growth in the firm. You can get into court right away and hit the ground running, but there are mentors and other attorneys and staff you can lean on for information and support. Don't be afraid to call people even in other offices for advice. The benefits are great too.

Cons: As is the case for many types of law, Family Law can often require more time in (and out) of the office than a normal 9-5.

Partners to Avoid and Why: None, they are each great supports to rely on as well as others in management.

Pros: Competitive pay with great benefits, bonuses, awards, 401k match, 99% employee-paid healthcare with 20% for families... the list goes on and on. If you are interested in Family Law, this is the place to work. This firm is very client-focused and offers mentorship to gain well-rounded experience.

Cons: Family Law can be a troubling area of law to work in based on the high emotions and often difficult subject matters (juvenile, physical, and sexual abuse, etc).

"Stange law review" - Anonymous

- Reviewed on Mar 08, 2023

Pros: The only aspect that i enjoyed was leaving at the end of the day. There is a consistent and constant feeling of harassment over your hours. The team leader cared little to nothing about the cases. They only wanted to know about your time!

Cons: The constant harassment of your time. And the seemingly unwillingness to recognize that the amount of time produced is directly related to the number of cases. When i had forty cases, billing the required time was more reasonable than when i had 11 cases. Billing 30 hours weekly was nearly impossible with only 11 cases!

Partners to Avoid and Why: All of them!
