Danielle Lawton and the Stange Law Firm are crooks and scumbags and utter trash and are the cliche example of what gives lawyers a bad name. Danielle is incompetent at best, her communication is almost non existent and when she does communicate everything out of her mouth is a lie. The Stange law firm took me for 23K over the course of a year while I was paying them to handle my daughters divorce. After a year they had not so much as even filed for temporary child support! When my daughter went to mediation, which took the entire year April 23-April 24, she was chastised by the mediator for NOT having the forms and documents she was supposed to have. Now whose fault is that? Danielle Lawton is to blame for that. Weak, incompetent, worthless, scammers, overall terrible human beings at the Stange Law firm, I've never felt so cheated in my life. The new attorney we have has done more in one month than Danielle did in one year! If you read this and still work with her, it is your own fault. I could go on with more awfulness about Danielle, so I will. This POS lawyer told my daughter so many things that she was going to do but is in fact too weak and incompetent to do them, however, that doesn't stop the Stange scumbags from billing. Every bill invoice that we received was packed full of "received and reviewed" which I found out from my current attorney that what Stange does is called "file churning" where they send the files back and forth to each other to create a billable paper trail. A practice that is unfortunately not illegal but highly unethical. In fact, my current attorney noted that the amount of paperwork generated was substantially higher than most divorces cases in which there is a million dollars worth of property to evaluate. This is utterly reprehensible considering that my daughter and her scumbag husband had literally nothing between them except for the two little girls. So, needless to say, I am definitely going to the Mo state bar association and I am going to do everything I can to get my 23K back and hopefully see the end of Danielle Lawton's career. What a piece of trash she is and what a trash law firm Stange is. If I have done anything in this review it is downplayed the extent of what scum this firm is.
