Pros: 5.0 Current Employee, more than 10 yearsEverything is a matter of perspective!Anonymous Employee in Miami, FL ProsI have been at Bilzin Sumberg for close to 19 years and I have to say I am stunned with all these bad reviews. My experience has been and continues to be absolutely different. After a few years I was provided with opportunities to grow within the firm which I accepted and was very grateful that someone saw the potential in me. My Boss is amazing. I can sincerely say I could not have a better Boss, The attorney's, manager's and Director's, as well as my co-workers are all very approachable. I ALWAYS get a warm welcome and a smile. This is not to say every day is perfect but I truly believe you get what you give and if you give 150% that's what you will get back.ConsAfter 19 years I still I haven't found any.
