amely long hours, low pay.Fenwick & West is a law firm that offers a great work environment with talented and friendly attorneys. The firm has a very collaborative environment in marketing and offers flexible hours and the opportunity for overtime and money. The firm offers a great atmosphere on-site with people who are super friendly and celebrate each culture. There are also firm events and parties that employees can participate in. However, there are some cons to working with the firm. One issue is that priorities can frequently shift, which is not uncommon for law firms. There are also some condescending and rude attorneys who micromanage. Additionally, the healthcare offered by the firm is not great and premiums are constantly going up. There is also a billable hour requirement that can be difficult to meet, and it is not easy to take time off or not work overtime. Lastly, the firm is still big law, so it is a high stress environment with a heavy workload and long hours.
