Pros: 5.0 Current Employee, more than 3 yearsA far superior firmApr 12, 2022 - Anonymous Employee ProsEveryone is entitled to their own opinion, but I believe that Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell is one of the best law firms to work for anywhere in the country for the following reasons:They pay employees what they're worth. They're not going to low ball you straight out the gate just to see if they can get away with it.They offer comprehensive benefits packages that include a 401k match and a generous PTO policy.Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell is a well-known firm with an exceptional reputation. Whether you choose to stay long-term or leave after a few years, it's going to make a difference in the trajectory of your career and how quickly you'll rise up to become partner. It's a challenging work environment that will push you outside of your comfort zone and stretch you to become the best possible version of yourself, both professionally and personally. It's impossible to stagnate while working here.Like I said, everyone's entitled to their opinion, but that's mine. I've worked at two other firms before coming to Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell so I have something to compare my experience to and I think when an opinion comes from a place of experience it can and should hold more weight than those whose opinions come from a place of pure subjective conjecture.ConsIn comparison to my previous experiences, Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell is the superior firm and I have no complaints.
