Salary & Benefits

Crowell & Moring offers base salary of $ 160,000 per annum for its first year associates and are based on a combination of a lockstep scale and a merit system. Associates who bill at least 1,900 hours are eligible for bonuses, the amounts of which are based on billable hours and other subjective factors. The summer associates get $ 3077 per week.

The firm offers most of the benefits that are being offered by the industry. Crowell & Moring provides its associates who meet their minimum billable hours requirement with unlimited annual vacation leave.

The firm offers two partnership tracks, with an average of eight years to partnership eligibility.
