Crowell & Moring is a law firm that has a well-deserved reputation for having a good work culture. Despite the post-pandemic realities, the firm has managed to adjust well and provide a supportive environment for its employees. Employees appreciate the friendly staff at the office, good benefits such as 401k and HSA, and the fact that they are able to work from home 3 days a week. The firm is also committed to diversity and to contribute to the community by supporting minority-owned small businesses.

Unfortunately, there are some downsides to working at Crowell & Moring as well. The experience depends on the direct supervisor and client demands, and some difficult partners work there. Partners could do a better job in providing timely feedback that would help improve attorneys' professional development, and there is limited growth with lots of personality hires. The working hours are also awkward, from 9:30am to 6pm, as requests after 5pm are rare. Lastly, the pay is not as much as some other similar-sized firms, though the lifestyle is much more livable.

Overall, Crowell & Moring is a great place to work for those looking for a supportive environment with good work culture. While there are some downsides to working at the firm, these should not overshadow the positives. The firm is committed to diversity and to supporting its employees, and the flexible working hours and good benefits are two of the perks of working there.
