Cons: As a former associate attorney who spent more than three years at Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, LLP, I have a unique perspective on the company culture and work environment. During my tenure, I noticed that the firm lacked diversity and support for diverse employees. It often felt like a """"white man's world"""" and it was difficult for me to feel like I belonged. In light of these experiences, I would like to offer the following advice to the management at Waller Lansden. I believe it would be beneficial for the senior partners to take courses on 21st century business leadership and hold themselves accountable in creating a more inclusive workplace.
