Will prepare and file responses to Request for Evidence notices from USCIS. Oversee the preparation and review of employment-based non-immigrant petitions (e.g., H-1B, L-1, O-1). Oversee the preparation and review of employment-based immigrant petitions and applications (e.g., PERM, I-140, I-485). Assist Partners and Sr. Attorneys with research and various writing assignments. Interact with corporate clients' Global Mobility and HR personnel. Network and interact with potential clients for business development opportunities.
