What jurisdictions offer a waiver?

This question is I was told after successfully passing my bar exam, that I could waive into certain jurisdictions, like Colorado based on high MBA and MBE score.

Is that true? If so, what jurisdictions offer such a waiver? There's a great article on BCG. It's called Bar Exam Reciprocity By State. And I would look at that, and that is pretty comprehensive and has all that information.
